If you have withdrawn asset with Gatecode option, you may return it to your gate.io account balance by submitting the code on the Redeem GateCode page:https://gate.io/myaccount/deposit_gatecode.
First,you have to get the complete code.
Please access the withdrawal page for the coin you withdrew as Gatecode.
Take LTC for example.
Access LTC withdrawal page.（Not Recent Withdrawal Page）
At the bottom of the page, you will see the recent withdrawal records.
Find the one with Valid. This is the withdrawal using Gate.io code method.
Hover your mouse on the code under the word Valid until the pointer changes to a hand, then left-click , a dialogue box will pop up , asking for fund password.
Enter your fund password, you may see the complete code.
Copy the code.
Please note, please don't click OK before you copy the complete code.
The code on this example is :
LTC2D8E8F93F78DD448C30C10522A597-6E8395A0B46FCD75626EE740464EBBA5
Then, Submit it on Redeem Gatecode page to deposit the asset in your gate.io account.
You may also see a new deposit record on your LTC deposit page:
And the withdrawal record is Used instead of Valid
