What to do if I forgot to add memo when deposit XLM(stellar) or MOBI(Mobius)?
Memo is required for stellar or Mobius deposit.
If you do not include your memo correctly when send your stellar or mobius transaction, your transaction can not be credited to you automatically.

We will check and add it to you manually within a few days upon your information provided.
Though we charge no fee for such transaction mistake, the delay in seeing your deposit on your balance may cause you inconvenience. Please do include memo when you deposit.
