What to do if I forgot to add memo when deposit XLM(stellar) or MOBI(Mobius)?
Memo is required for stellar or Mobius deposit.
If you do not include your memo correctly when send your stellar or mobius transaction, your transaction can not be credited to you automatically.

We will check and add it to you manually in a week upon your information provided.
Though we charge no fee for such transaction mistake, the delay in crediting your deposit may cause you inconvenience. Please do include memo when you deposit.
