1).The pictures are not readable.--- Solution: Take more clear pictures.
2). You didnot hold a piece of paper with your gate.io account id on it.---Solution: Take another picture with it
3).The gate.io id written on the piece of paper is incorrect. ----Solution: access to your gate.io account and click Wallet on website to check your id. If on app, tab on User Center>Multiple Account to check the current account id.
4).The name you typed does not match that on your document, e.g. your name is in Russian on the document, but you typed it in English on the name field.
