For lender:
If Auto-renew is turned on, the loan will be offered automatically at the same interest rate you set when the loan is expired or repaid.
For example, User A had a loan of 200 GT (day interest rate 0.04%) in collecting status. 7 days later, the borrower repaid the loan.
If User A turned Auto-renew on, the loan of 200 GT will be offered at daily interest of 0.04% again when it is repaid. User A does not need to place the loan offer manually. The system will do it for him.
For Borrower:
If Auto-renew is turned on, the loan will be renewed when it expires, at the best interest rate available on the market.
For example, User A had a loan of 200 GT (daily interest rate 0.04%). Loan term is 10 days. If User A turned on Auto-renew, the system will borrow another 200 GT for user A automatically 10 days later.
If the best interest on market by that time is 0.06%, the loan will extend at the new interest rate of 0.06% for another 10 days.
As the borrower, your margin trading will not be interrupted due to the loan expiration. You can continue holding the asset and wait for your best time to execute your trading strategy.
